KUALA LUMPUR, March 27 – Xiaomi Corporation has reported a record-breaking annual performance, with revenue reaching RMB365.9 billion (approx. RM238.5 billion) in 2024, marking a 35.0% year-over-year (YoY) growth. In Q4 2024 alone, Xiaomi’s revenue surpassed RMB100 billion (approx. RM65.2 billion) for the first time, reaching RMB109.0 billion (approx. RM71.1 billion), a 48.8% YoY increase.
The company’s expansion into the ultra-premium market, driven by its “Human x Car x Home” smart ecosystem, fueled growth across smartphones, EVs, and smart home appliances. Xiaomi’s smartphone revenue grew 21.8% YoY to RMB191.8 billion (approx. RM125.1 billion), while its smart EV segment surged, delivering 136,854 vehicles in just nine months.
With its global smartphone shipments up 15.7% YoY and internet services reaching over 700 million monthly active users, Xiaomi’s aggressive R&D investments and AI integration continue to drive its premiumization strategy, setting new industry benchmarks.
