SEREMBAN, April 27 — NAFCO Group has officially launched its state-of-the-art aerospace manufacturing facility in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, marking a strategic USD40 million investment in Southeast Asia. The 5.8-acre facility, with 3,500 square meters of production space and a planned second phase spanning 19,000 square meters, underscores NAFCO’s commitment to advancing smart, sustainable aerospace manufacturing in Malaysia.
The launch ceremony, attended by government dignitaries and industry leaders, celebrated Malaysia’s growing role in the global aerospace sector. MIDA CEO Datuk Sikh Shamsul Ibrahim lauded the investment as a key milestone aligned with the Malaysia Aerospace Industry Blueprint 2030. NAFCO President Alvin Lin highlighted the facility as a cornerstone of the group’s global expansion, pledging continued innovation and support for Malaysia’s aerospace ecosystem and ambitions to secure 5% of the global MRO market share by 2030.
