PUTRAJAYA, April 25 – The Ministry of Education (MOE) has issued a formal apology following an error in the display of the Jalur Gemilang in the printed analysis report of the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination results. Describing the mistake as unacceptable due to the national flag’s significance as a symbol of sovereignty and pride.
The ministry emphasized that immediate and firm action has been taken against all parties involved. A thorough investigation is currently underway, and all printed reports containing the error have been recalled for correction. The MOE reiterated its commitment to upholding national dignity and ensuring such oversights are not repeated in the future.
