GEORGE TOWN, May 6 — Queensbay Mall has extended its deepest condolences to the family of a woman found unconscious behind its premises on May 3, following confirmation from police that the individual had fallen from a height. Emergency services were called immediately, and both medical personnel and police responded to the scene.
In a statement issued today via Queensbay Facebook, the mall said it has been fully cooperating with authorities during their investigation and refrained from making public comments earlier out of respect for the ongoing process. The management expressed sorrow over the tragedy and offered support to the loved ones of the deceased.
