SHAH ALAM, June 17 — BAADER, a global leader in food processing technology, has officially opened its new production facility, BAADER Food Systems Asia Sdn. Bhd., in Shah Alam, Selangor. The state-of-the-art site marks a significant expansion of BAADER’s presence in Southeast Asia, reinforcing its commitment to food security, sustainable innovation, and Malaysia’s high-tech industrial growth.
The facility will serve as both a production and innovation hub, delivering advanced processing solutions and digital tools to meet Asia’s rising demand for protein. Graced by dignitaries including Selangor’s Chief Minister YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari and German Deputy Ambassador Ms. Ulrike Wolf, the launch highlights Malaysia’s role as a strategic base for cutting-edge manufacturing.
The new hub is expected to create high-value jobs, strengthen the food supply chain, and support BAADER’s mission to deliver safe, sustainable, and nutritious proteins across the region.
