KUALA LUMPUR, June 22 – Rising multidisciplinary artist Binti will unveil her long-anticipated first solo exhibition, ‘Sesuatu yang Something’, at CULT Gallery from 14 June to 14 July 2025.

Known for her bold, witty, and emotionally resonant art, Binti presents seven series that blend text, photography, collage, and AI-generated visuals—delving into themes of selfhood, inherited memory, and creative labor through a strikingly personal lens.

This debut promises an engaging sensory experience, inviting viewers into a world where vulnerability and satire meet. With a distinctive voice shaped by her work in the art duo “MATI” and past exhibitions in Kuala Lumpur, Jogjakarta, and Chicago, Binti’s solo showcase marks a significant moment in Malaysia’s contemporary art scene.

The exhibition opens to the public on 14 June, with a reception from 7–10pm. Entry is free by appointment.
