SHAH ALAM, June 12 – Tesla has officially launched its V4 Supercharging Station at i-City Finance Avenue, Shah Alam, equipped with four ultra-fast chargers delivering up to 250kW. Designed for high efficiency and convenience, the new station supports rapid charging of up to 282km in 15 minutes for Model 3 and Y vehicles, enhancing urban mobility for nearby communities.
With smart integration through the Tesla App, users can locate, monitor, and pay for charging seamlessly while on the go. In tandem with this milestone, Tesla Malaysia recorded a remarkable 403% increase in Model Y registrations in May 2025 compared to the previous year.
Supporting this growth are initiatives like the Refer & Earn program, offering rewards of up to RM15,000 annually, and the EV Switcher Program, which provides an RM15,000 trade-in bonus for ICE vehicles. With 15 Supercharging and 15 Destination Charging stations now operating nationwide, Tesla continues accelerating Malaysia’s transition to sustainable mobility.
