KUALA LUMPUR, June 21 – Glorious Education Sdn Bhd, the operator of Malaysia’s Pink Tower Childcare Centre, has announced plans to pursue an initial public offering (IPO) on the Singapore Exchange (SGX), with MCI Capital Sdn Bhd appointed as its financial advisor.
Founder and CEO Michelle Hiong said the listing represents a transformative step in the company’s journey to build Southeast Asia’s most trusted early childhood education ecosystem, leveraging Singapore’s global capital access and investor base.
In line with its growth ambitions, Glorious Education also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with EduPlay, naming the edtech company as its official AI partner. The collaboration will introduce AI-powered adaptive learning to Pink Tower’s curriculum.
Enhancing personalisation and developmental outcomes for young learners as the company scales regionally.
