JOHOR BAHRU, August 14 – Schneider Electric concluded its Innovation Day 2025 in Johor, spotlighting the state’s rapid transformation into a smart, sustainable, and future-ready region.
Chosen for its strategic position and growth momentum, Johor is fast becoming a digital infrastructure powerhouse with over 1,500 MW of data center capacity, major green energy projects, and the ambitious Johor Smart City Blueprint.
Schneider Electric reaffirmed its commitment to supporting this transformation through innovative solutions in smart infrastructure, buildings, energy, and water systems. The event brought together government leaders, industry experts, and global stakeholders including representatives from IRDA, Johor Corporation, TM Global, and PETRONAS.
Discussions centered on scaling sustainable data centers and building resilient, citizen-centric urban infrastructure. Schneider Electric emphasized that true progress depends on cross-sector collaboration, aligning technology, policy, and purpose.
