KUALA LUMPUR, August 5 — Pavilion Bukit Jalil dazzled thousands of visitors with its Pavilion x JAGAM Matsuri from 30 July to 3 August 2025, turning the mall into a vibrant Japanese street festival in collaboration with the Japan Graduates’ Association of Malaysia (JAGAM).
With Bon Odori performances, cultural showcases, Japanese street food, and lively pop-up experiences, the five-day celebration offered an immersive journey into Japanese tradition and lifestyle.
Beyond entertainment, the festival featured bonsai and automotive exhibits, authentic craft markets, and special shopping rewards, reinforcing Pavilion Bukit Jalil’s role as a cultural hub.
CEO Dato’ Joyce Yap highlighted the event as a celebration of friendship and diversity, with more international cultural experiences set to follow in the spirit of “Together.Here.”
