GEORGE TOWN, August 28 – Penang-based developer Ideal Property Group has announced the winners of its annual My Ideal Homes Photo Contest 8.0, celebrating creativity and architectural beauty across its developments.
A total of 24 winners were awarded prizes worth RM20,000 at a prize-giving ceremony held at 1st Avenue Penang, with two grand prize winners — Lee Siau Hui and Liew Kah Chun — each taking home RM3,000 for their winning entries in the Architecture Charm and Drone Shot categories respectively.
Lee’s entry highlighted the “serenity and tranquillity” of Ideal Residency in Island Glades, while Liew’s drone shot captured the elegance of Queens Waterfront, recently recognised with World Gold at the 2024 FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards.
Other winners were recognised across the Architecture Charm, Drone Shot, and Mobile Photography categories, with prizes ranging from RM300 vouchers to RM2,000 cash. The winning works are now exhibited at Level 8 of 1st Avenue Penang until year-end and showcased on Ideal Property Group’s social media platforms.
