KUALA LUMPUR, September 26 — ShopeePay has partnered with Allianz General Insurance to introduce two new Personal Accident plans priced at RM50 and RM75, made more affordable through the government’s Perlindungan Tenang Voucher (PTV) Programme, which provides a RM30 subsidy for Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah recipients.
With this support, eligible Malaysians can enjoy essential insurance coverage from as low as RM20, including benefits such as up to RM50,000 coverage for death or permanent disablement, hospital income, medical expenses, and emergency relief.
Available via ShopeePay and the Shopee app, the initiative supports Bank Negara Malaysia’s Perlindungan Tenang programme and aligns with ShopeePay’s mission of providing simple, accessible financial solutions for all.
