KUALA LUMPUR, October 2 — Singapore’s fastest-growing comfort footwear brand, Sunday Staples, has officially launched its first Malaysian outlet at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, marking a major milestone in its regional expansion.
Founded by Cherriann Wong as a homegrown project, the brand has sold more than 200,000 pairs of shoes in just five years and is best known for its signature Cloud Series — footwear designed with ultra-soft, bouncy padding for all-day comfort while maintaining a sleek, feminine silhouette.
Wong said the move responds to strong demand from Malaysian customers who have long admired the brand online but sought the in-person experience of trying on its shoes. Sunday Staples’ designs, crafted with innovative materials such as Microfibre Leather and waterproof fabrics, are tailored to both the local climate and Asian foot shapes.
“We’re not just opening a store — we’re bringing a solution to Malaysian women who are tired of choosing between comfort and style,” Wong said. The new store, located at Pavilion Bukit Jalil’s Pink Zone (Level 3-64), promises Malaysian shoppers versatile, climate-ready footwear that blends elegance with everyday wearability.
