KUALA LUMPUR, October 17 – ATLAS Vending, the vending machine arm of Etika Sdn Bhd, and the Solid Waste Management and Public Cleansing Corporation (SW Corp) have signed an MOU to roll out 50 Guinness World Records-recognised ECOPOD reverse vending machines at high-footfall locations including wet markets, universities, hospitals, and UTCs.
Designed as the world’s thinnest RVM with a can compaction system, each ECOPOD can hold up to 214 crushed cans and 70 bottles per cycle, making recycling more convenient and accessible while seamlessly fitting into space-limited environments.
