KUALA LUMPUR, October 14 – The Penang Marriott Hotel successfully hosted its annual Road to Give Charity Run 2025, raising RM45,000 for Kechara Soup Kitchen Society (KSK) to support its mission in aiding the underprivileged and homeless.
The event gathered over 250 participants and guests, including Penang State EXCO for Youth, Sports and Health Y.B. Daniel Gooi Zi Sen, State Assemblyman for Pulau Tikus Y.B. Joshua Woo Si Zeng, and Pensonic Holdings Group CEO Dato’ Dixon Chew, who sponsored the run.
As part of Marriott International’s global Serve 360: Doing Good in Every Direction initiative, the charity event blended fitness and philanthropy through a fun-filled morning of running, family games, food trucks, and health activities — embodying the collective spirit of giving back to the community.
