CUPERTINO, October 15 — Apple has unveiled the upgraded Apple Vision Pro, now powered by the cutting-edge M5 chip and paired with a newly designed Dual Knit Band for improved comfort.

The M5 chip delivers a major boost in performance, display rendering, and battery life — with AI-powered workflows running up to 50% faster and visuals appearing sharper and smoother with a new 120Hz refresh rate.

The upgraded Vision Pro also ships with visionOS 26, introducing innovative spatial experiences such as interactive widgets, lifelike Personas, and new Apple Immersive content spanning music, documentaries, and live NBA games.

“With the breakthrough performance of M5, the latest Apple Vision Pro sets a new standard for what’s possible in spatial computing,” said Bob Borchers, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing.

The new Dual Knit Band, featuring a breathable dual-rib design and adjustable Fit Dial, ensures longer and more comfortable wear. Available starting at USD 3,499, the upgraded Apple Vision Pro is now open for pre-orders on apple.com, with in-store demos available today and official launch on October 22.
