Located along Magazine Road, the 248-unit property brings together contemporary comfort, smart city-inspired design, and a touch of Penang’s heritage charm.
Developed by Curate Properties & Hotel Sdn Bhd and managed by Frasers Hospitality, the hotel features a restored row of heritage shophouses that will serve as “The Den” — a welcoming social hub combining the main lobby, reception, and grab-and-go café.
Offering facilities such as a rooftop event space overlooking Komtar, a 24-hour gym, meeting rooms, EV charging stations, and Capri’s signature “Spin & Play” laundry and games room, the hotel is designed to meet the needs of modern travellers.
Gerard Chan has been appointed General Manager, bringing over 25 years of hospitality experience to lead the hotel’s launch.
