KUALA LUMPUR, November 15 – Pos Malaysia today launched Stamp Week 2025 with a nostalgic ‘Classic Animation’ theme, celebrating iconic 1990s Malaysian animated series such as Keluang Man, Anak-anak Sidek, Yokies, and Hikayat Sang Kancil during an event officiated by Group Chief Marketing, Communications & Sustainability Officer Fiona Liao at PosCODE Bangi.
Which also marked the national KESEF competition finale involving nearly 43,000 students nationwide. The special edition folder set, priced at RM71.50, features four stamp sheets, a miniature sheet, a first day cover.
And a collector’s folder produced with partners including FINAS, Iconic Animation Studio, and Datuk (Dr.) Hj Mohmed Misbun Sidek, and is now available at Pos Malaysia Philatelic Bureaus, post offices, and online while stocks last.
Attendees also celebrated winners of creative school competitions and enjoyed exhibitions, workshops, and stamp-themed activities, as Pos Malaysia reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing cultural appreciation and inspiring future generations of collectors and creators.
