KUALA LUMPUR, December 2 — IKEA Malaysia has unveiled SANDLÖPARE, a new wildlife-inspired children’s collection created in collaboration with Sweden’s Nordens Ark to spark curiosity and compassion for endangered animals.

Featuring 29 playful and affordable products — from cheetah bath robes to zebra-themed stools — the collection brings the adventure of the African savannah into Malaysian homes. To celebrate the launch, IKEA is hosting a nationwide SANDLÖPARE Safari from 27 November to 7 December.

Offering safari train rides in select stores and creative activity stations across all outlets. As part of its commitment to equal access to learning, IKEA Malaysia will donate RM1 to Teach For Malaysia (TFM) for every soft toy purchased from 27 November to 27 December 2025.

Supporting TFM’s Fellowship Programme that places young leaders in high-need schools. The initiative includes SANDLÖPARE and all IKEA plush toys, reinforcing the company’s long-standing focus on child wellbeing, sustainability and education.

The SANDLÖPARE range — made entirely from recycled materials and rigorously tested for safety — is now available in all IKEA stores nationwide and online.
