KUALA LUMPUR, December 15 — Soka Gakkai Malaysia (SGM) has opened its annual exhibition, “Timeless Art Legacy – Exhibition of Artworks Donated by Sim Tiak Choo,” showcasing 155 artworks from across Asia and celebrating more than two decades of art philanthropy by Datuk and Datin Sim Tiak Choo.
Running from 29 November to 28 December 2025 at Wisma Kebudayaan SGM, the exhibition—held in collaboration with City Art Gallery and the Malaysia International Culture & Arts Promotion Association—highlights the theme of “薪传 (xinchuan)” or “passing the torch”.
And is presented through an immersive “Opening the Art Storage” format that offers visitors a rare glimpse into art conservation, preservation, and archival practices, reaffirming SGM’s mission to make art accessible and meaningful to the public.
