KUALA LUMPUR, December 17 — ZTE Corporation has expanded its long-standing partnership with Multimedia University (MMU) through a new addendum that introduces the AiCube full-stack AI education and compute platform, further enhancing Malaysia’s capabilities in AI, cybersecurity, 5G, and digital skills development.
Announced during the closing ceremony of the PRESTIJ programme, the collaboration deepens ZTE and MMU’s joint efforts in talent development for both students and public service officers, building on years of cooperation that include 5G end-to-end laboratories, ZTE Certification training, public sector upskilling initiatives, and the NexGen Communication Engineering Hub.
The new facilities will form a shared ecosystem accessible to MMU and JPA participants, serving as a hands-on innovation space that supports advanced learning, applied research, and the growth of a future-ready digital workforce in Malaysia.
