KUALA LUMPUR, December 26 – Islamic Tourism Month (ITM) 2025 concluded successfully with RM2.65 million in sales, uniting over 160 strategic partners, empowering MSMEs, and engaging audiences across generations.
As the nationwide 40-day celebration highlighted Malaysia’s leadership in inclusive, faith-based travel; signature initiatives like the ITM TikTok Challenge, Mosque Open Day, and curated promotions across accommodation, F&B, wellness, and tourism products.
Not only generated economic impact but also strengthened cultural appreciation, setting a robust foundation for Visit Malaysia 2026 while exemplifying the government’s Malaysia MADANI vision of sustainable, equitable, and value-driven tourism growth.
