KUALA LUMPUR, December 13 – Exabytes Network Sdn Bhd and Stradaverse Sdn Bhd have launched a RM10 million Investment Credit to help Malaysian SMEs—particularly in manufacturing and retail—upgrade to cloud-native, AI-enabled enterprise systems.
With the partnership aiming to onboard 100 mid-to-large SMEs through subsidised adoption costs under an MoU signed at Menara Chin Hin on 11 December 2025, witnessed by leaders from MDEC, PIKOM, the SME Association of Malaysia and ESGAM; the initiative.
Responding to persistent cost and capability barriers that limit SMEs to basic digital tools despite contributing nearly 40% to the nation’s GDP, has already demonstrated up to 40% improvements in inventory accuracy and 15–30% revenue uplift in early deployments.
While panel discussions highlighted the urgency of closing Malaysia’s “digital depth gap” as Exabytes and Stradaverse advance toward a Unified Intelligence Stack to equip SMEs with real-time insights, predictive automation and enterprise-grade operational intelligence.
