KUALA LUMPUR, January 7 – Penang FC claimed a convincing 2-0 victory over Terengganu FC in their Liga Super Malaysia 2025/2026 fixture at Stadium Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin, Gong Badak, on Friday night.

After a goalless first half, Penang FC broke the deadlock in the 69th minute through jersey number 23, before the same player sealed the win with a second goal in the 90th minute.

The match, which kicked off at 9.00 pm, saw one minute of added time in the first half and five minutes in the second half. Played under good weather conditions with a temperature of 26°C, the encounter was officiated by referee Mohd Paudzi Sukami.
