KUALA LUMPUR, January 12 — Mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering solutions provider Kee Ming Group Berhad has signed an underwriting agreement with TA Securities Holdings Berhad to underwrite 24.38 million new shares in preparation for its upcoming initial public offering on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.
Involving a public issue of 66.63 million new shares and an offer for sale of 16.25 million existing shares. With about 13 years of industry experience, Kee Ming provides comprehensive M&E services ranging from high- and low-voltage electrical works to ACMV, fire protection, and clean energy solutions such as solar PV and EV charging infrastructure.
Managing Director Ir. Liew Kar Hoe said the IPO will strengthen the group’s financial position and enable it to undertake larger and higher-value projects supporting Malaysia’s industrial growth and clean energy transition.
As at July 31, 2025, Kee Ming had 50 ongoing projects worth RM218.6 million and an outstanding order book of RM142.2 million, positioning the group to benefit from the M&E market’s projected growth to RM16.82 billion by 2029, driven by major infrastructure projects and the nation’s green energy push.
