GEORGE TOWN, March 9 – Mount Miriam Cancer Hospital will organise the Ho Chiak ‘Homecoming’ Charity Food & Fun Fair on June 14 from 9am to 2pm in conjunction with its 50th anniversary celebration.
The annual event will feature more than 70 food stalls offering a wide range of local favourites and unique delicacies, creating a lively gathering for the community while supporting a meaningful cause.
The charity fair aims to raise RM300,000, with all proceeds going toward the hospital’s efforts to support cancer patients through treatment subsidies and palliative hospice care services.
A special exhibition highlighting the hospital’s 50-year journey., through photographs and stories will also be showcased. Tickets are priced at RM50 per set, with the public invited to participate and contribute to the hospital’s continued mission of care and support.
