GEORGE TOWN, March 7 – Penang police chief Datuk Azizee Ismail has urged the public not to attend or participate in any assembly at the Hindu temple in front of Bukit Mertajam Hospital, warning that such gatherings could disrupt public order and safety.
Authorities are closely monitoring the area to ensure peace, especially following plans for a gathering called “Operasi Terjahan Rumah Anutan Haram” scheduled for 3pm tomorrow. After discussions between police, the organisers, and the temple committee.
