KUALA LUMPUR, March 11 – The price of RON97 petrol will increase by 60 sen nationwide to RM3.85 per litre starting tomorrow, while diesel prices in Peninsular Malaysia will rise by 80 sen to RM3.92 per litre.

The Finance Ministry also announced that non-subsidised RON95 will increase by 60 sen to RM3.27 per litre. Subsidised RON95 under the BUDI95 programme will remain at RM1.99 per litre, while diesel prices in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan stay at RM2.15 per litre.

The government will also increase cash aid for diesel subsidy recipients to RM300 for March. The new prices will remain effective until March 18.
