KOTA KINABALU, March 16 – Imigresen FC secured a 2–1 victory over Sabah FC in a Malaysia Super League 2025/26 match played at Stadium Likas in Kota Kinabalu on Saturday night.

Sabah FC took the early lead in the 30th minute through player No. 28, giving the home side a 1–0 advantage before halftime.

The match was played under good weather conditions with a temperature of around 26°C and attracted a crowd of 1,955 spectators.

Imigresen FC mounted a strong comeback in the second half, equalising in the 74th minute through a penalty converted by player No. 90.

The visiting side then completed the turnaround in the 83rd minute when player No. 21 scored the winning goal.

The match featured two minutes of added time in the first half and four minutes in the second half, with no major incidents reported throughout the game.

The match concluded at 11.15pm with Imigresen FC claiming all three points in the encounter.
