PETALING JAYA, March 19 — Pos Malaysia Bhd has implemented a fuel surcharge ranging from 15% to 40% on domestic and international shipments starting today, following recent increases in fuel prices.

Domestic shipments will carry a 15% surcharge, while international shipments will see a 40% addition on top of the base rate.

The surcharge responds to rising oil costs triggered by geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, including the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.

Pos Malaysia also announced that fuel surcharge rates will be updated every Friday from March 27 to reflect ongoing market changes.
