KUALA LUMPUR, April 24 — The Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia is strengthening inclusive education through the INCLUDE 2026 mobility programme.

Supporting students with disabilities (OKU) with global learning exposure. Minister Zambry Abdul Kadir also approved RM10,000 in funding via Yayasan Perkasa Siswa to assist the initiative led by Universiti Malaya.

The programme will involve 12 visually impaired students in international mobility sessions, starting in Indonesia this May and followed by Thailand later in 2026.

It reflects Malaysia’s push for equitable access in higher education, alongside initiatives such as financial aid, tuition exemptions, and student development support to empower OKU learners.
