KUALA LUMPUR, May 23 — Kuala Lumpur police expect between 30,000 and 40,000 supporters to attend the 2025/2026 Malaysia Cup final between Johor Darul Ta’zim FC and Kuching City FC.
At TM Stadium Nasional Bukit Jalil on May 23. Police said all stadium gates will open from 5pm, with security checks to be conducted at every entrance.
Supporters are prohibited from bringing items such as fireworks, weapons, laser pointers, drones, power banks, bottles, electronic cigarettes and air horns into the stadium. A
uthorities also advised fans to use public transport, avoid illegal parking and follow instructions from officers on duty.
Police warned strict action would be taken against anyone causing disturbances or provoking unrest during or after the match.
