PETALING JAYA, September 15 — CelcomDigi and Astro are launching Borneo Rising, a reality singing competition dedicated to discovering and developing talent from Sabah and Sarawak.
The eight-week programme will be hosted entirely in East Malaysia following a month-long audition tour across both states.
The competition begins in September and aims to showcase East Malaysia’s musical heritage, cultural diversity and emerging artists nationwide.
CelcomDigi prepaid customers can receive additional voting points through reloads, while selected contests will offer access to live shows, meet-and-greet sessions and watch parties.
