KUALA LUMPUR, February 28 — The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is seeking public assistance to locate four children of the late former finance minister Daim Zainuddin to assist in an ongoing investigation.

They are Asnida Abdul Daim, Md Wira Dani Abdul Daim, Muhammed Amir Zainuddin Daim and Muhammed Amin Zainuddin Daim. MACC has listed their last known addresses in Kajang and Kuala Lumpur.

And urged those with information on their whereabouts to contact the investigating officers directly. Daim, who served two terms as finance minister under former prime minister Mahathir Mohamad, passed away in November 2024.

In 2024, MACC reportedly seized multiple bank accounts and 18 companies linked to his widow and children as part of its investigations. The commission has not disclosed further details of the ongoing probe.
