ALOR SETAR, Oct 22 – Flights from Sultan Abdul Halim Airport, Alor Setar canceled and rescheduled following the closure of the runway since 7am due to the haze. Whereas Langkawi airport runway closed since 7.30 this morning after limited visibility due to haze up to 550 meters, the report said. According to the Department of Environment (DOE), County recorded the Air Pollutant Index (API) of 230 while the IPU in Alor Setar is 218 – both at the level of very unhealthy.
