KUALA LUMPUR, September 22 — Crewstone International and Mirai Bridge Capital have formed a strategic co-investment partnership to expand Thirty Three Digitec Solutions’ non-bank financing platform in Malaysia.

Crewstone is committing an initial RM5 million, building on more than RM30 million it previously deployed into financial-services private credit transactions.

Digitec currently supports about 83,000 borrowers and processes around 8,000 applications monthly, serving gig workers, micro-entrepreneurs and borrowers with limited credit histories.

The platform said automation has reduced manual credit assessments from two to three days to about 30 minutes. The partnership aims to expand Digitec’s borrower reach by about 40% over the next 12 to 18 months.
