The helpdesk hotline consists of dedicated hotlines in each state to compliment the existing GST Hotline and Customs Call Centre (CCC) which was congested with queries.
GST Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) book
The FAQ book provides all taxable persons with an additional reference material. The book will give the taxable person necessary information to overcome difficulties likely to be encountered in the course of implementation of the GST.
Taxpayers Access Point (TAP) handbook
TAP is an easy and convenient way to update account information as well as to file a taxpayer’s GST return in the future. The handbook will guide taxpayers on the process.
