GEORGE TOWN, Aug 20 – The two famous wall art had been vandalised with yellow paint splashed over the wall within in the heritage area at Lebuh Armenian here on Wednesday. The iconic of “Little Children on a Bicycle” mural was splashed by the paint while another piece of wall metal artwork which depicting a rickshaw, a car parked at one narrow lane and a metal roller shuttler was also been vandalised.
The incident had been sparked by the public outcry which also included the heritage conservationists, street artists and residents who nearby. The Komtar assemblyman Teh Lai Heng also said that the vandalism had also been happened at many spots in Lebuh Armenian.
