KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 8 – Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak urged the people to jointly provide recommendations before 15 September for inclusion in Budget 2016 to be tabled in Parliament on Oct 23. The Prime Minister who is also Finance Minister said the proposal could be submitted on its website.
