KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 22 – The Dewan Rakyat had been approved the motion here on Wednesday to discuss the haze in the country. The motion was tabled by Hee Loy Sian (PKR-Petaling Jaya Selatan) and approved by deputy speaker Datuk Seri Dr Ronald Kiandee.
Kiandee said he was allow this motion in accordance with Standing Order 18 3(b), where the debate will begin at 4.30 pm (on Wednesday) and will be adjourned at 5.30 pm. He added that the debate will be for 30 minutes and the government will be given 30 minutes to reply to points raised.
