GEORGE TOWN, Dec 9 – Penang Chief Minister, who is also DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng asked the Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak’s to clarification that the RM2.6 billion deposited into his private bank accounts as a ‘donation’ is from a ‘kind-hearted’ donor.
“How Najib managed to attract such a kind-hearted donor as to donate such a huge sum of money without any condition? No such person can exist on this earth,” he asked, adding that Najib was not as well known internationally as former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
Lim said this matter was still unethical and the donor’s identity should be disclosed. Beside that, the investors were also asking who was the person of the kind-hearted donor. Meanwhile, he also said that the suspicions will remain over the nature of the donation until the donor is revealed. Lastly, Lim also “extended his congratulations” to Umno and all other Barisan Nasional since now this means PAS is now with them.
