KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 10 – UMNO deputy president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin yesterday observed proceedings of the debates at the general assemblies of the three UMNO wings namely the Pemuda, Puteri and Wanita movements at the Putra World Trade Centre, here Wednesday. Muhyiddin, who was accompanied by his wife, Puan Sri Norainee Abdul Rahman, started making the observation at 3pm at the Dewan Tun Dr Ismail which was the venue for the UMNO Youth general assembly.
Besides that, he was later accompanied by UMNO vice-president Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal to the Puteri UMNO assembly at the Dewan Tun Hussein Onn and the Wanita UMNO assembly at the Dewan Merdeka. When walking back to his vehicle on the fourth floor at 5 pm, Muhyiddin who was asked several questions by journalists merely shook his head or nodded to indicate his replies.
