KLANG, Jan 6 – A 16 years old boy has pleaded not guilty in the Magistrate’s Court here today for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl who claimed abducted. He also contact the girl, allegedly committed the offense in a house in Port Klang in December 2014 in accordance with Section 376 (1) of the Penal Code.
Magistrate Nor Asma Ahmad fixed tomorrow for mention. Earlier in the same court, another young woman’s boyfriend, Gan Chin Teck, 19, was indicted on charges of elopement underage without the consent valid. However, Chin Teck pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
For that offense, he was charged under Section 363 of the Penal Code. In the meantime, Nor Asma had also set February 25 for mention while the case was handled by deputy public prosecutor Syed Ali Syed Farid.
