PETALING JAYA, September 17 — CelcomDigi has commercialised Sophia AI, an agentic artificial intelligence platform designed to help Malaysian enterprises and SMEs automate business processes.
Unlike conventional AI assistants, Sophia AI can execute tasks, connect systems and coordinate workflows, including invoice processing, approvals and system updates.
CelcomDigi said it deployed more than 400 automations internally to improve efficiency and customer experience before commercialising the platform.
The technology can be customised for sectors including retail, manufacturing, healthcare and government. CelcomDigi will help businesses identify suitable processes, integrate existing systems.
Deploy AI agents and measure outcomes, allowing SMEs to adopt the technology without building large in-house AI teams.
