KUALA LUMPUR, September 17 — Cabinet has given in-principle approval for the proposed Bandar Malaysia-Seri Kembangan Elevated Expressway, Works Minister Alexander Nanta Linggi said.
The high-capacity link would integrate several major expressways across Greater Kuala Lumpur, providing alternative routes and potentially improving traffic flow.
The Works Ministry and relevant agencies will conduct detailed assessments and negotiations before any final decision on implementation.
The project is proposed to be privately financed, with the government saying it would not involve direct financial commitments from the federal government.
