KUALA LUMPUR, September 18 — Pioneer Heat Holdings Berhad recorded RM29.65 million in revenue and RM4.11 million in profit before tax for its first quarter ended June 30.
Profit after tax stood at RM2.83 million, while gross profit reached RM7.32 million. Mechanical engineering services contributed RM23.81 million, or 80.3% of revenue.
Led by piping system engineering. The group expects to raise RM21.68 million from its public issue to fund a new Sendayan headquarters, Sarawak office, equipment and working capital.
Pioneer Heat is scheduled to list on Bursa Malaysia’s ACE Market on Sept 17.
