Federal Territories Minister Hannah Yeoh and Attorney-General Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar, both board members, were seen arriving at the palace Friday morning.

The board, chaired by Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim, postponed consideration of Najib’s application at its Sept 11 meeting.
