PETALING JAYA, Jul 19 – The petrol prices across the board remain the same as last week for the next one week on July. The prices will come into effect on Thursday until July 26. The new price after Goods and Services Tax (GST), the retail price of petrol is as follows:
- RON95 : From RM 1.97/liter (Unchanged)
- RON97 : From RM 2.22/liter (Unchanged)
- DIESEL : From RM 1.96/liter (Unchanged)
The Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism Ministry posted the new weekly fuel prices on Twitter. Previously, Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin announced that a new weekly fuel pricing mechanism would be used from April onwards. — PN
