NEGERI SEMBILAN, November 21 – Maxis, Malaysia’s leading integrated telco, illuminated the Deepavali celebrations at Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil (SJKT) Ladang Senawang, Negeri Sembilan, bringing joy to students, teachers, and parents. Maxis employees, part of the mSquad volunteers, organized a festive day with educational donations, engaging games, and activities for over 500 attendees. In the spirit of giving back, mSquad initiated a book contribution drive, collecting 400+ books for the school’s library. Maxis contributed refurbished laptops, whiteboards, and essential learning materials, enhancing the educational environment.

The CSR project at SJKT Ladang Senawang resulted from a successful crowdsourcing effort within Maxis, supporting an employee’s idea to give back to their chosen community.
