KUALA LUMPUR, February 27 – The role of all 911 NADI centers across the country will be expanded, with an additional 186 new centers slated to open by the end of this year. NADI aims to become the focal point for the public to access government initiatives such as AI for the people, as well as to disseminate information about programs, activities, assistance, efforts, and government aid lists.
The rebranding of PEDi to NADI comes after a survey found that only a high percentage of the public near PEDi centers were aware of its existence. Following the renaming, it is hoped that NADI will be utilized not only by the local community but also on a broader scale, given the significant government investment in the initiative.
